The sale of any or all goods is dependent upon the availability of stock. Certain products may not be available where existing stock is sold out and suppliers are unable to meet the demands/orders from Holden Hill Music. Delivery times vary and are subject to stock being available at time of purchase and/or the diligence of the nominated postal service. External factors can come in to play and know that Holden Hill Music works hard to have a 24 hour turnaround from a customers purchase/payment clearing to our staff sending the goods for shipping. Ultimately please allow 3-7 days for delivery. Charges may apply.

Free Shipping

Holden Hill Music is pleased to offer Free Shipping for orders over $100, and under 20kg, to Brisbane, Gold Coast, Melbourne, Perth, Sydney, Canberra, Darwin, Adelaide capital cities and metropolitan areas. Any orders of excess weight or to rural areas where major postal carriers do not deliver may be subject to additional charges. If you are unsure please do not hesitate to contact us.

Delivery Timeframe

Our retail team is on hand to assist you in any way we can. If you require an order by a specific date or via express post, please do not hesitate to contact us in-store at (08) 8266 2699. Additional charges may apply for express shipping. We have a 24 hour turnaround for IN STOCK items ordered through our website. We will have it at the post office and shipped within 24 hours of you ordering (except for orders completed on weekends as post office is closed).

The majority of our online orders are shipped by Australia Post, as they are a third party mail carrier we are not to be held responsible for delays in shipping once the order is out of our hands and with them. This includes delays during peak delivery times.
